Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Mahesana, State of Gujarat. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
