Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Begusarai, State of Bihar. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should bring familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; strong knife skills and speed on the line.
