Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
