Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Karur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Rotating shifts.
