The role involves keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; ride the two-wheeler through city traffic to reach delivery addresses; plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time.
