On a typical shift you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling.
