Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Fatehgarh Sahib, State of Punjab. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Ideally you have 2+ years experience working as a butcher; food hygiene / HACCP certificate; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day. On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. We offer ₹250 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
