Immediate opening: counter butcher (State of Telangana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Kamareddy, State of Telangana. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. We are looking for able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; 2+ years experience working as a butcher; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers. Part-time with flexible hours.
