Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Day-to-day duties: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates Full-time with occasional weekends.
