Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile setter in Barpeta, Assam. The job is on a new-build housing development. Ideally you have work neatly with minimal tile wastage; physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes; 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience. The role involves lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
