On a typical shift you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. You should bring 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding; comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces. ₹31,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
