Shakeout operator — East Godavari

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shakeout operator in East Godavari, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. The role involves operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. We are looking for understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling; physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings; comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal. Pay around ₹26,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
