Now hiring: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Churu, State of Rajasthan. You will work on an export house sewing floor. Your main tasks: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
