Vacancy available: we are hiring a carpenter in Amravati Division, State of Maharashtra. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Your main tasks: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles 3+ years on the tools preferred.
