Immediate opening: building site helper (Ladakh)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a building site helper in Leh, Ladakh. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites The role involves: • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site 1+ years on the tools preferred.
