Pot washer wanted in Sheohar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Sheohar, State of Bihar. Ideally you have able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
