Concrete labourer • Sepahijala, Tripura

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Sepahijala, Tripura. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. Your main tasks: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab You should bring comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds; willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₹15,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
