Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Purnia, State of Bihar. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Full-time with occasional weekends.
