Urgent requirement: moulder (State of Kerala)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a moulder in Malappuram, State of Kerala. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding On the job you will handle: • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle ₹20,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
