Join our team: domestic gas engineer (State of Chhattisgarh)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Korba, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. On the job you will handle: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant You should bring valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration; physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders; own hand tools and pipe wrenches. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
