Reservations and front desk agent • West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reservations and front desk agent in West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. Day to day you will take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in; balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift; check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS); process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department. Requirements: • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
