Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Begusarai, State of Bihar. We are looking for accurate at weighing and following recipes; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Rotating shifts.
