Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request Ideally you have quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; confident knife skills and safe blade handling. ₹42,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
