Abattoir worker wanted in Phek

Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Phek, State of Nagaland. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Ideally you have 2+ years experience working as a butcher; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. We offer ₹240 per hour plus benefits.
