We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Puri, State of Odisha. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
