Commis chef wanted in Subarnapur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Subarnapur, State of Odisha. You should bring familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Part-time with flexible hours.
