Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Manendragarh Chirimiri Bharatpur, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
