Panel painter — Sindhudurg

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel painter in Sindhudurg, State of Maharashtra. You will work in a spray booth. The role involves sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
