You should bring a good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines; able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts; 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience. Day to day you will set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls.
