Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixer in Jagitial, State of Telangana. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. On the job you will handle: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder Ideally you have able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; comfortable working at height and in deep excavations. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₹33,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
