Plant operator • Birbhum, West Bengal

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Birbhum, West Bengal. You will be based at a landfill site. The role involves: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket You should bring willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster; able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently; valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
