Head baker — Siwan

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Siwan, State of Bihar. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideally you have able to work early-morning and night shifts; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₹16,000 per month, based on your experience.
