Bakery assistant wanted in Banka

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Banka, State of Bihar. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideally you have food handler / hygiene certificate; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics.
