Moulder — Thrissur District

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Thrissur District, State of Kerala. Day to day you will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. What we are looking for: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
