Commis chef — Siwan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Siwan, State of Bihar. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in We are looking for sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₹650 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
