Immediate opening: kitchen cook (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Samba, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideally you have good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; strong knife skills and speed on the line. Part-time with flexible hours. ₹18,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
