Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Ideally you have food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
