UPVC welding machine operator wanted in Tenkasi district

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Tenkasi district, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. On a typical shift you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges 1+ years on the tools preferred.
