Vertical milling machine operator — Churu

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Churu, State of Rajasthan. Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
