Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Khandwa district, Madhya Pradesh. We are looking for knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process; comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth; willing to work shifts and overtime. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Rotating shifts.
