Gang bricklayer — Shi Yomi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Shi Yomi, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. On the job you will handle: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Six days a week, one day off.
