VMC operator — Surendranagar

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Surendranagar, State of Gujarat. You will work in a toolroom. We are looking for physically fit to stand and lift workpieces; experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls; ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade. Day to day you will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter.
