Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain.
