Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Kendujhar, State of Odisha. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends.
