We are recruiting: groundworker (Assam)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundworker in Tinsukia, Assam. The job is on a metro and infrastructure project. You will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. You should bring prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites; basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker; willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
