Kitchen porter — Namsai

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Namsai, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should bring able to stand on your feet for long shifts; punctual, reliable and hard-working; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
