Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Shajahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass We are looking for comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure.
