Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Day to day you will keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; work out the load weight and the lifting radius.
