Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mahendragarh, State of Haryana. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards We offer ₹150 per hour plus benefits.
