Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Palwal, State of Haryana. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time, day shift.
